CLARIFICATION TEXT UNDER THE PERSONAL DATA LAW
Eksedra IT Solutions (HirinGames) shows its attention and discipline in business in terms of protecting personal data. In this respect, Eksedra Information Systems (HirinGames) collects, preserves and deletes personal data in accordance with all general and special legislation that regulates personal data such as Article 20 of the Constitution, Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and all kinds of secondary regulations and circulars. In accordance with the law no. 6698, Eksedra Bilişim Çözümleri (HirinGames) acts as the “Data Controller” in accordance with the instructions in the law and legislation.

Personality Inventory Test – PiT®: Consisting of 80 questions, these questions enable the evaluation of 20 different adjectives related to business life. It also determines which position the candidate is suitable for.
HRWin – Smart Video Interview Application: Candidates are subjected to a pre-selection process by preparing question sets specific to the position and the institution. It provides online evaluation to candidates in remote locations without location restrictions.
Tests and Exams: With C# and SQL adaptive exams, candidates are asked questions based on both multiple choice and manual coding. Moreover; General knowledge and general aptitude exams are also administered to candidates in line with Ekedra’s (HirinGames‘s) demands.
