Assessed Competency: Analytical Thinking

Usage Area: It is designed for positions where it is important to quickly analyze numerical data and obtain meaningful outputs.

Competency Description: It assesses the behaviours of considering the right points in the face of a problem, systematically separating the problem into its components, analysing the relationships between the parts, making predictions for the result with reasoning and reasoning skills, reaching correct, meaningful and holistic results as a result of detailed analysis and determining the actions that can be taken to solve the problem.

Assessed Competency: Planning

Usage Area: It is designed for positions where it is important to use resources effectively and manage forecast to achieve set goals.

Competency Description: While conducting a process, it assesses the behaviours of developing forecasts by focusing on the whole process, determining the priorities for the determined targets and initiating the relevant studies, creating critical control points throughout the process and following them, observing the effect of each stage in the process on achieving the overall goal and using time efficiently with the created plan schedule.

Competency Description: It evaluates the behaviors of developing special methods while controlling the details in business processes, noticing small errors in documents and data, producing outputs that do not require re-checking, not making repeated or similar mistakes in the works under its responsibility, and making complex information understandable and organized.
